  1. Separate "Item to be supplied by instructor" from failed PDF uploads

    Currently, when an instructor tries and fails to upload a PDF, the item record appears in the queue "Item to be supplied by instructor." It can occasionally be impossible to determine which requests are failed PDF uploads and which the instructor genuinely intends to supply. If failed PDF uploads got their own queue, things would be much easier.

    This enhancement request was achievable through the use of routing rules and is being closed. Thank you to the original poster for bringing this need to our attention and thank you to the supporters for taking the time to review outstanding ideas.
