Ability to save billing information without yet generating the invoice
"Would like to be able to save pricing/order information without generating an invoice. OR without having the information be available to the patron.
We need a DRAFT mode so we can leave an incomplete invoice without exposing it to patron and to move status."

Data entry space for "Bill to" information as well as "Send to" or "Ordered by" info.
How many sites would want/need this?

Make "Total" field available in list (grid) views.
This would require financial data to be accessible in the "Column Chooser" in grid view, so that "Total" could become another possible column of information.

Web user would like to print an invoice from the web
Used for reimbursement. Current option of just printing the table of requests does not look very official or sufficient.

Single invoice containing multiple transactions
Create one invoice for orders/one invoice for multiple copy requests from single user

Add tag for total amount owed for user email templates
This value is available on the web interface for a user to see the outstanding amount owed for all transactions. It's also visible under the user form in the staff client in the billing tab.
Staff would like the user email template to have a tag for that total amount owed so that it can be sent to them.
Is this sufficient or would staff need to be able to email a statement to the user in addition to printing a statement?
