Add the ability to increase font size within ILLiad without impacting other application
The current font size in the staff interface is not adjustable within the application. It would be useful and decrease eye strain if the font could be adjusted to user preferences, Regular, Large or Extra Large maybe? When the Windows font size is adjusted, it affects all other programs making them too large.

More ItemInfo and UserInfo fields
Consider increasing the number of ItemInfo and UserInfo fields to more than 5 each. We have already used up all of the ItemInfo fields and have had to re-purpose existing fields to collect the additional information we need in our borrowing requests.

Address validation for shipping

When manually routing a request to a new status, display the name of the new status in the confirmation message
In the "Confirm Manually Change Status" box, the only message is "Are you sure you want to manually change this status?"
If this included the new status (eg "Are you sure you want to manually change the status of this request to ____?") this would improve the confirmation process and help to catch when staff accidentally click on the wrong status in the dropdown menu.

Include more high contrast skins in ILLiad
Customer requests more high contrast skin options for ILLiad. "in general if there is a dark background a light font is better. Dark on dark is difficult to read." More details and pictures in ticket 8724.

Staff don't get notified about blocked users when checking in items
It also doesn't tell staff that a user was automatically unblocked after returning overdue items.

Ability to make OCLC borrowing requests from a custom queue
The functions to create an OCLC borrowing request are not available until the request is opened from the Awaiting Request Processing queue. It would be helpful to be able to create OCLC requests from a custom queue eliminating extra steps for processing items that might routed to a custom queue for review.

"Import" answered email from Outlook into email history of a request
Currently we only see one side of a conversation in the email history of a request. It would be helpful to be able to import a response into ILLiad so we have a complete history in one place (as opposed to cutting-pasting into notes as we do now.)

Having a new document type of E-Book would help when doing custom reports.

Support for multiple renewal requests by web user
The end user needs to be able to request a renewal more than once. Also, once that renewal has been approved the next time, it should go back to Awaiting Renewal OK Processing, regardless that it has already been at that status once before.

Add another note type
We like to hide our staff notes (via customization manager), but it would be nice to have another option for adding notes viewable to the user. Perhaps a Staff-hidden and Staff - so we could hide some notes but make others visible to the user in their account/request.

Extend database field length for ISSN
Extend the max field length for the ISSN/ISBN field beyond 20 Characters. Users sometimes copy/paste an ISBN with a prefix (e.g. ISBN: 1234567891234). If they do that with a 13-digit ISBN, the last digits are cut off.

Integrate WSILL IFM Refund in ILLiad
WSILL allows libraries to initiate refunds when erroneous charges are applied. Now that Undo Shipped is not an option for IFM requests, this functionality is needed.

Customize List of Queues in Route Button Dropdown List

UC Boulder would like the ability to customize which queues appear and in which order they appear in the Routing button's dropdown list in the ILLiad Client. The site does not use many of the default queues that appear in the dropdown list and wishes that it was possible to make their more frequently used queues easier to access.

Make barcodes more usable/searchable in the ILLiad client
Expand the ItemNumber field in ILLiad to accommodate multiple barcodes for multi-volume sets. Add ItemNumber to the default Number search in the ILLiad ribbon for easy access. Add ItemNumber to fields searched by TN/ILL # search on Check Item In interface.
All of the above would allow more efficient handling of borrowing returns when paperwork with Transaction is missing.

Flag or add a notification of some sort sort to identify stale requests.
It would be nice to be able to see requests that are sitting around in queues when they should have moved on or some action might need to be taken by staff. An example would be items that have been sitting in Request Sent for too long with patrons not getting their materials in a timely fashion.
