Incoming Lending RapidR to reflect default Renewal setting in Customization Manager
Incoming Lending RapidR requests in ILLiad are set to be "No Renewal" by default. We wanted to change it since we now allow renewals, yet our Loan labels print as "No Renewal." A borrowing library pointed out that it is confusing when they process Receives.
I was told by OCLC and Rapid (Exlibris) that RapidR requests do not reflect the "LendingRestrictDefault" keys for Renewals, Photocopying, and Library Use Only in Customization Manager.
I wish Lending RapidR requests could reflect these default values the same as OCLC Loan requests in ILLiad.

SymCirAddon - final step should be removal of bib record created
The final step in this Addon should be the removal of the bib record when held item is returned (Checked-in) or when due date is reached (if the item on Hold is not picked up by the patron).

Allow copyright payment via CCC for document delivery requests, not just borrowing requests.
Currently document delivery requests aren't hooked up to CCC, so we cannot submit CCC payments for doc del requests via ILLiad, and instead have to manually log into the CCC via a browser and manually input the requests for which we are paying copyright fees. It would be helpful if doc del requests could follow the same workflow as borrowing requests for the CCC integration.

Auto due date/overdue reminders should continue, even after an item has reached "very overdue"
If an item gets to the stage of "very overdue" in ILLiad and then the item is renewed, I've noticed that ILLiad's auto-reminders stop going forward. It would be nice if they continued to be sent, adjusting for the new due date, regardless of the previous overdue history

staff manager
We know this exists in the Aeon staff manager, but don’t see a way to do so in ILLIad. This is a functional gap between the two products.
We would like to be able to display the Description field in the columned display. We find it useful when reviewing staff accounts in order to address staffing changes, etc.

Allow borrowing library to update OCLC Status to RECIEVED if still in CONSIDERING status
It would be really helpful if borrowing libraries could update the OCLC Status to Received if the lending library forgets to update the request to Shipped, but the borrower receives the item anyway. We then have to contact the lending library and hope that they update the status to Shipped before the request expires. Even having a warning message pop up in ILLiad when trying to check the item in that says the status is CONSIDERING would be incredibly helpful.

Allow the use of an FQDN instead of IP Address in Customization Manager for Odyssey and ISO
We have a custom CNAME that we redirect when we replace a server so that we don't have to update links. It would be so much easier if we could use that instead of the IP Address in Customization Manager when configuring Odyssey and ISO so that we don't have to go in and update it when doing a server replacement.

Settings to disable patron info sent via ISO ILL messages
Some libraries have been migrating away from Worldshare and Illiad, but would like to remain connected to their ILLiad partners using ISO ILL via Illiad.
It would be helpful for ILLiad libraries to have settings within the customization manager that help manage borrowing request information sent to these partners--particularly in relation to patron information.

Customize List of Queues in Route Button Dropdown List

UC Boulder would like the ability to customize which queues appear and in which order they appear in the Routing button's dropdown list in the ILLiad Client. The site does not use many of the default queues that appear in the dropdown list and wishes that it was possible to make their more frequently used queues easier to access.

CrossRef
Develop CrossRef as an addon, for when a partial citation is provided without a DOI. An article title search can be conducted in CrossRef; being able to then copy and paste the DOI into the DOI field would helpful. If the article title could somehow be automatically exported to the addon and then the selected CrossRef DOI be imported into the request DOI field, that would be even better!

Connect to local catalogs in WorldShare
We were formerly with an ILS that could be connected to within ILLiad using the Z39.50 option, but since switching to OCLC WorldShare's Discovery catalog there is no option to be able to search our local catalog within ILLiad. Atlas should consider adding an option for the Discovery tool to be added and work the same way the Z39.50 worked.

Show WorldShare's "Lost" button in received borrowing loan requests
WorldShare has a "Lost" button that appears on all all Received loans (including overdue items and those in any renewal status, even renewal denied). When you click the "Lost" button, the item moves to "RECEIVED_MISSING" in OCLC, which makes it much easier for the lending library to close the transaction once they receive the replacement payment for a lost item.
It would be helpful to have the ability to choose "Lost" on the OCLC record directly within ILLiad, in the OCLC ribbon alongside Complete/Receive/Not Received/Return/etc.

Add a refresh button to the ILLiad user - Requests tab.
It would be nice if you could refresh the status and number of requests in an ILLiad user (request tab) without a close/reopen.

Match on TN in the Electronic Delivery Process form
Relais FTP process does not allow the inclusion of the ILL Number from Docline requests (I assume OCLC requests either) so the received xml file only has the DocumentID for Sender and Receiver. The Electronic Delivery Process does not match the file to the request on the TN even though it displays in the form. Please enhance to match the received Odyssey file to the request by the TN if the ILL number is not included in the xml file.

Separate email notification template for Library Use Only loans
Loans marked Library Use Only should have a separate notification template.
Being able to explain the process for a Library Use Only item without merging it with other notifications would reduce patron confusion. Further, we are now allowing patrons to set their own preferences for Loan Delivery Method, and are mailing some materials. If a patron is set to Mail To Address, ILLiad skips the In Transit queue and immediately sends out notifications! We've had to put in place a special custom queue, and a special custom email, and rely on staff to catch that a request is marked Library…
