    You still can. It just works a little differently. You have to start typing in the "Recent Notes" field and then it will come up with the notes you've already used. You can also scroll through to find notes you've used if you don't remember exactly the wording you used.

    I agree that having a button in ILLiad next to delivered articles to report problems would be great. I don't think that the button should "resend" the request, though. I think it's better for ILL staff to decide how to fix the problem and route the request into the appropriate queue.
