Automate running reports and send via email
Create functionality to allow reports to run automatically and email a link or copy to specified users.

Ability for locally hosted customer to be able to host AtlasBI locally
We cannot use the AtlasBI product for reporting due to security restrictions that do not permit external IP access to the SQL database. Consequently, we are currently without a reporting option for Ares.

Designate time for activity requests
I'd like to limit the time period during which external users can request materials for an activity. For example if an activity takes place on Oct. 10, I might want to close it for additional requests on Oct. 8.

Aeon - Cloned Request report
Would like to see number of requests cloned.
We are interested in seeing requests cloned by staff. We are trying to determine how often we clone for locations vs multi-vol/box requests. We do want a count and it would be great to see this in BI.

Change timeline for dashboards to be by month and year versus last X days
New York University would like to do their statistics by month versus seeing the last 365 days by default.

Show electronic item usage by month (versus semester)
The current dashboard shows items that have not been used (to help weed those out from future courses) but the previous SSRS report showed item usage by month. We would be very curious how sites are currently using this information and what they want to do going forward.

Ares dashboards: allow them to show for a given timeframe (month/year) in addition to choosing a semester
The old SSRS reports were by month and year. There was a lot of feedback to have info by semester versus an arbitrary calendar month. But some other sites would like to know data by month as well.

Show the number of unique courses for a semester/time frame in Ares Reserve Item dashboard
The current dashboard shows information about the items but not the number of courses served for a time frame.

Change the reading room dashboard to show multiple visits in one day as a single visit
If a researcher visits from 9-11am and comes back from 2-4pm, it's currently counted as two visits versus one as it was previously

New dashboard: show reading room usage by table assignment over time
This would help determine how many tables are being used as peak times.

Update the gallery dashboards to include site filters by default
This makes it easier for sites with multiple reading rooms to filter and those that don't can just ignore or remove that filter from the dashboard.
