  1. Email From Address and From Name values are not populated from template values when sending e-mails

    When sending templated emails from the Aeon Client, the From Address and From Name are set to the default values in the LocalInfo Table or EmailFromAddress/EmailFromName customization keys instead of the values specified in the email template.

  2. System information from the LocalInfo table is not properly imported into the From field on email templates

    System tags used to import information from the LocalInfo table (e.g., <#System.GeneralEMailAddress>) will not import the correct value when configured in the From field on email templates.

  3. <#Request.CancelNote> does not populate in ItemCancellation emails from template

    The <#Request.CancelNote> element does not populate in item cancellation emails and displays as empty space within the email.

    Workaround: Use <#Request.ReasonForCancellation> in the email template instead of <#Request.CancelNote>

  5. Certain Transaction Emails do not use LocalInfo Table to populate the email's from address

    Generating a new email that is not based on a template from a request form in the client incorrectly populates the email's from address with the value in the EmailFromAddress customization key instead of the site's information entered in the LocalInfo table.

  6. Email text description consistencies

    The UserAddedToActivity email template refers to the "Activities menu in the left-hand navigational bar" of the web interface. This language should be changed to reflect the new Aeon web pages that no longer have a left-side menu.
