  1. Cloning request from queue grid causes error message

    Staff would receive an error message when attempting to clone a request by clicking the arrow icon next to the 'Clone Request to Another User' button in the Client. In addition, the 'Clone and Finish' button would not grey out when it's not available for use.

  2. Validation error when importing a request form from a spreadsheet

    When going to Open user -> Select "New Request From File" -> select "AeonUploadtemplate.xlsx" (see attached) -> import the file -> reopen the request
    and importing issue would prompt a validation error if the Format, ServiceLevel, and/or ShippingOption fields were blank when importing a request from a spreadsheet. Aeon will now import those fields as NULL if they are left blank. See attached screenshot.

  4. When entering a title with too many characters into the Title field the error message is too vague.

    When uploading Requests from File, if title is over 255 characters, error message says:
    "An error occurred when creating the requests: Validation failed for one or more entities. See 'EntityValidationErrors' property for more details."

    Error should be more indicative of what the issue is so users can correct it.

  5. Excel fields that have been formatted but are blank create blank requests through file import

    When requests are made from an Excel spreadsheet through the file import blank requests are created for formatted cells that have no content.

  7. Request from File upload does not correctly convert Scheduled Date to local time zone

    When uploading a file through the New Requests from File option, if the Scheduled Date field is filled in, it appears that the file is uploaded in GMT and then converted to the time zone of the client.

  8. Field Customizations are not reflected in Activity Requests grid

    When removing or changing Field Customizations in the Aeon Staff Manager the changes are not reflected in the Activity Requests Grid in the Aeon Client

  9. Can't create Activity Requests from file when more than one User is assigned to Activity

    The request from file upload will fail if more than one user is associated with the activity.

  10. Group By option is disabled on user search form

    Search for user to open user list form.
    Right-click on any column header and note disabled "Group By This Column" menu item.
    Alternatively, right-click column header and select "Show Group By Box" then note that the inability to drag any columns into the box.

    Current work-around is to use the custom user search form which does allow grouping.

  11. The Client unnecessarily checks to see if it's running on an Aeon server when updating.

    When checking for updates, the Client checks a registry key to see if it's running on an Aeon server or a regular desktop. This used to be necessary when the Client apps were included in the server installer in order to determine which updater to download, but since the server and client installers were separated the Client should no longer differentiated these cases.
