<#Request.CancelNote> does not populate in ItemCancellation emails from template
   
    The <#Request.CancelNote> element does not populate in item cancellation emails and displays as empty space within the email.
Workaround: Use <#Request.ReasonForCancellation> in the email template instead of <#Request.CancelNote>
