    Would be possible to create an Aeon-specific email address so that our messages can stay within the Aeon Client.  As it is right now, replies go to our general email address and so we have to look there for replies.  Then, all correspondence for that ticket resides in a separate system. It would be great if they could all reside in Aeon.  Is this something that can be done or maybe a future enhancement that can be considered?
