    Would it be possible to set up automated emails depending on a request's status or for all requests in a certain queue? For example, when a request is routed to Appointment Confirmed, an appointment confirmation email is set from the system automatically.

  4. Confirm that a patron has read an email sent from Aeon

    Purdue University would like for Aeon to confirm that a patron has received and read an email sent from Aeon, especially with the Item Delivered email that contains the information for accessing reproductions.

  9. Create separate NewUserRegistration email templates for RemoteAuth and AeonAuth

    Information provided to different types of users may need to be different when confirming registration. Different email templates would allow sites to provide the necessary details to affiliate vs non-affiliate users. Should include a key to determine whether the same or different emails should be sent to patrons.

  10. Allow staff to attach documents to emails sent from Aeon client

    Staff would like to be able to send PDF documents, invoices, etc to patrons by attaching the document to an email sent from the client.

    It would be helpful to see the history of all emails sent to a user in the account history tab even if they are sent from the transaction level.

  12. Allow creation of custom Activity emails or disable option in Customization Manager

    In the Customization Manager, it is possible to create User, Transaction, and Activity type emails. However, the Activity emails are not accessible from the client once created. The only Activity email is the template.

    These emails should either be made available from the Activity details or the option should be disabled.
