    Yes, please (for the Victoria University/ EJ Pratt Library Reading Room at the University of Toronto). Appointments without requests cause more staff time/interaction and confirmation. If the request fields are required in order to click "submit" on the request page (user's side) we should have the option for the appointment booking to follow the same conditions as the "submit button"
