    Also need to have other Billing Tab fields in the requests grid, particularly Billing Type, Unit Fee, Quantity. For internal deposit procedures, it would be most helpful to be able to have these fields visible when looking in a queue or a user account instead of having to open every single request and go down another level to view this information.
