Ability to add fields from Details tab to Billing tab in request record
The University of Washington would like to either duplicate some fields from the Details tab or move the fields directly to the Billing tab in a photoduplication request record in the Aeon staff client. They are specifically interested in custom fields that they created, including a long text field that records general billing notes. They would like to see all of this info on the Billing tab so that they don't have to click back and forth between tabs when adding charges and preparing some print invoices that they need to create.

Would like an email notification from Aeon when a patron has paid for an order
Georgia State University is using TouchNet to allow patrons to pay for orders via credit card. It is not enough of a notification that the order status changes to “Awaiting Item Delivery,” as there will be multiple orders in that queue at a time, including for patrons who weren’t charged, as well as pending file delivery from vendors. It’s difficult to understand which requests are new from TouchNet payments. They would ideally like for Aeon to send an email notification, or at least display some kind of flag on the Aeon client. Support for Arrow Payments credit card billing gateway
Add support to Aeon for the Arrow Payments credit card billing gateway.

Ability for users to view and print past (paid) invoices, and staff to print statement of paid invoices via the client.
When a user wants a statement of paid invoices for reimbursement from their institution or other issues, there's no great way to get that for them once the orders are paid and delivered. We have to manually go in and resend each paid invoice, or they have to go into each separate transaction/order.

Allow InvoiceNumber to be visible in the Aeon client
Aeon automatically generates an invoice number for each transaction when an invoice is generated. However, the InvoiceNumber is not visible in any grid in the client. The field can be added, but no data displays.
The field also should be able to be added to the Billing tab.

Allow Aeon photoduplication process to estimate request completion time
Some Aeon sites charge for reproduction based on staff time and need to include time in an estimate. Alternately, some materials take longer to reproduce than others (ex: oversized or high resolution may take longer) and sites may wish to notify patrons about which requests will take longer or how long certain requests will take.

Ability to send a funding code through the payment billing gateway
Submitting on behalf of two Aeon libraries: One library uses Authorize.net. They need to designate a specific activity code so that the funds paid by the patron are directed to the correct department. The activity code could be entered by the staff person in an Aeon field - perhaps as a type of billing default - and then included with the information that is sent to the billing gateway vendor.
The second library uses PayPal. The entire institution uses one account, and so something like the above scenario would help where the staff person could designate a specific funding code…

Support for the Square payment gateway
The Boston Athenaeum uses Square for our other payments and we would love to be able to use it with Aeon as well, rather than using another payment gateway. https://squareup.com/developers

Print an invoice from any screen
We would like to be able to print an invoice from any screen (like you can for a callslip) instead of having to open each request, open the billing tab, and them print the invoice.

Used for reimbursement. Current option of just printing the table of requests does not look very official or sufficient.

Ability to save billing information without yet generating the invoice
"Would like to be able to save pricing/order information without generating an invoice. OR without having the information be available to the patron.
We need a DRAFT mode so we can leave an incomplete invoice without exposing it to patron and to move status."
