   This change would make the flagging system much more useful as a tool for marking items that need extra attention without kicking it out of the current available status. Working with streaming media links, I need to know if a film will expire within the semester without making the film inaccessible for students.

2. Flag/re-route items with current status "Item Available on Electronic Reserve" that have a blank Location field.
