Batch Process Option for Staff Request
The option to use the batch process tool to move items to the "Checked Out for Reference - Staff" queue would be beneficial to our team.

Display the appointment date and time in the queue grid
The University of Pittsburgh would like to be able to view and sort by appointment date/time when viewing scheduled requests in the Awaiting Request Processing grid. That information is currently not available. Right now, they can only view and sort by appointment ID

Allow Request From File upload to use document type
All requests are created using the Document Type default. Sites with multiple document types have to manually edit each request created via the Request from File feature to use the correct document type. This can be very time consuming for staff and it would be better to define document type via the upload file.

"not picked up" report
Hi,
I'm trying to write a query that would tell me if an item has been placed on hold but never checked out. I can run a report for everything that's been placed on hold in a given time (tracking.changedto = 13) or checked out (changedto = 11 ), but am not sure how to combine them. Any ideas?

Custom filtering currently active "Activities" on the Staff Client home screen
Currently, in the Staff Client "Activities" tab, using the Custom Auto Filter on the Name column, it is impossible to filter by the operator "Contains". The operator "Contains" is, however, available in custom searches for Patron, Transactions, and Activity records in the staff client. It would be incredibly useful if you could add the operator "Contains" to the drop-down operator options in the Custom Auto Filter for the Name field in the list of currently active Activities on the home screen in the Staff Client.

Differentiate the TEST and PRODUCTION envoronments. The background for TEST could be red, instead of blue, for instance.
When using TEST and PRODUCTION systems on the same machine (frowned upon, I know, but it happens), it would be very helpful to have a visual separation between the two systems. Test = Red. Prod = Blue. It's as easy as that. (Or is that very hard?)... Thanks!

You can use this feature to differentiate between Prod and Test.

"Date required" format on flag slip
On the Flag slip that is inserted into the items could we have a date format option similar to the "Date" for the "Date required" field. eg: 21-May-17 instead of 5/21/2017, please.

Test and improve integration of the Aeon button script in CONTENTdm version 7.x
With recent changes to OCLC's CONTENTdm user interface, it looks like the Aeon button JS package no longer renders. Would it be possible to update the button so it works in the new Responsive UI website?

This option is already available from the current default Aeon pages. The calendar is controlled by the scheduled-date.js file. Pages are available to download here: https://prometheus.atlas-sys.com/display/aeon/Aeon+4.0+Downloads
