Appointment display options for patrons
Right now it looks as if a user logged in through the web will see their own appointments displayed in order from earliest (including past appointments) to latest. I imagine that as our frequent users return, this might get annoying for them - since they'd have to scroll and scroll to reach more recent/upcoming appointments.
Is there a way to let patrons change the order in which they display, or to toggle on/off "active" (current and upcoming?) appointments the way you can for "active" requests?12 votes
Add history and tracking entries for Appointments
Currently, no history or tracking entries are available for Appointment. This makes tracking down issues and troubleshooting difficult. Including a history tab for Appointments would be very useful to determine when appointments are created in the client vs the web, when appointment information is changed or updated, etc.10 votes

We have redesigned the appointment scheduler to make it more accessible and user friendly.
Add a tooltip or other message to the Actions dropdown when a user does not own the request.
When a user is associated with a proxy or an activity, they can see the associated requests but cannot manage them. The Actions menu will appear blank as no action can be taken. For clarity, a tooltip or other message should display here indicating the user cannot manage requests they did not create.4 votes
