    I am looking for the exact same thing. Our ILL checkouts are at the Reserve desk so we need to simplify the process there as much as possible. Being able to customize the text to tell the student staff what to do with an unusual situation would be very helpful.

    Being able to customize in WebCirc will allow us to direct staff who are no in the ILL office on how to handle certain situations. It would reduce the confusion related to uncommon tasks.
