Allow WebCirc customization in Customization Manager
Since WebCirc changes are not supported on Atlas hosted servers, it would be nice to add some customization options for WebCirc and WebReports into the Customization Manager.
As an example, changing the status message that pops up when checking out a transaction for a blocked user.

I am looking for the exact same thing. Our ILL checkouts are at the Reserve desk so we need to simplify the process there as much as possible. Being able to customize the text to tell the student staff what to do with an unusual situation would be very helpful.

yes! if the webcirc pages could function like the other web pages instead of being overwritten every time. we actually do customize them because it's that important for us and our branch staff, and it is a chore to make changes every update.

Being able to customize in WebCirc will allow us to direct staff who are no in the ILL office on how to handle certain situations. It would reduce the confusion related to uncommon tasks.
