   Please keep the appointments active and allow requesting until the stop time elapses. We allow researchers to request material throughout the day and the work around for same-day requests is complicated and clunky. Please let us know if/when this issue is resolved. Much appreciated!

   Appointment History is helpful in degerming how we arrived at the Appointment, if externally or internally created and what action needs to be taken if cancelling or editing the appointment. Thank you!
