Both instructor and personal tags that are added via the web's batch tag editor feature only show on the webpages.
This is what we have found:
-Batch Instructor tags show on course info page and show details page
-Batch Personal tags show on the course info page, but not the show details page
-Tags added to items individually via the web do show in both course info and show details.
Normally the only tags that show in the client are Instructor tags, but right now batch Instructor tags don't show in the client at all.

When the Ares client is opened, it looks like the cursor is focused on the username field, but you are not able to type until you click it again.

Items created in the Ares client through Shared Lists do not get handled by the routing rules, instead they are sent straight to the Item Submitted>Awaiting Reserves Processing queue.
Shared List item routing does work from the web when routing on the Item Submitted status.
