Instructor not added as instructor when creating course
When an Instructor or FullProxy creates a course:
- The course's Instructor field is set to the instructor's name (should be left blank)
- They are not assigned as a user for the course
As a result, the instructor receives the following message:
"Your course has been added to Ares. You do not have the authorization to access this course. "
