Usernames containing trailing spaces cause issues for Course and User Loads
Username containing trailing spaces will prevent the Course and User Loads from properly matching users and throw the following dictionary error:
"AtlasSystems.Ares.Core.CourseUserLoadService - System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary."
