Group By option is disabled on user search form
Search for user to open user list form.
Right-click on any column header and note disabled "Group By This Column" menu item.
Alternatively, right-click column header and select "Show Group By Box" then note that the inability to drag any columns into the box.Current work-around is to use the custom user search form which does allow grouping.

The Client incorrectly deletes temporary files before updating to a new version.
This only affects an update from Aeon 4.0 to 4.0.1 etc. The client will not auto-update and staff will need to run the update manually.

Routing from Client addons does not work if the target queue is under a menu group.
Set up a Client addon that will route a request to a specific queue.
In Customization Manager, assign that queue a Menu Group name so that it's under a submenu in the Route button dropdown.
When the addon tries to route, it will report an error indicating the queue doesn't exist.1 votereleased · AdminDustin Stokes (Chief Technology Officer @ Atlas Systems, Inc., Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedAeon 4.0.1

Staff cannot cancel requests in the Aeon client if the cancellation reason is very long
If the default note in ReasonforCancellation is 255 characters long.

Sometimes MS Word will not close after the merge and print
This has not been easy to reproduce but we have a few examples of it happening. It seems to only be when "view merged document before printing" was unchecked.

Payments with Authorize.net may fail if details contain certain characters.
Authorize.net appears to be encoding their responses in an extended latin character set such as Windows-1252. Our URL decoder assumes UTF-8 encoding and will error out when it's given an invalid code point such as %A0 (non-breaking space in 1252).
One way to trigger this is to provide a transaction description with two spaces in a row, where the second space will be encoded as a non-breaking space. Another way is to use extended ASCII characters in the user's first or last name, such as any vowel with a diacritic.
