  1. Field Customizations are not reflected in Activity Requests grid

    When removing or changing Field Customizations in the Aeon Staff Manager the changes are not reflected in the Activity Requests Grid in the Aeon Client

  2. Can't create Activity Requests from file when more than one User is assigned to Activity

    The request from file upload will fail if more than one user is associated with the activity.

  3. External request submissions do not persist through new user registration

    When submitting a request to Aeon through the external request endpoint, if the patron clicks the 'First Time User' link to register as a new user, the patron will be taken to the main menu and the external request data will be lost

  4. Group By option is disabled on user search form

    Search for user to open user list form.
    Right-click on any column header and note disabled "Group By This Column" menu item.
    Alternatively, right-click column header and select "Show Group By Box" then note that the inability to drag any columns into the box.

    Current work-around is to use the custom user search form which does allow grouping.

  5. Exclude the 'sys' view from update scripts

    For Azure databases there is a default 'sys' view that is causing some of the update scripts to fail.

  6. The Client unnecessarily checks to see if it's running on an Aeon server when updating.

    When checking for updates, the Client checks a registry key to see if it's running on an Aeon server or a regular desktop. This used to be necessary when the Client apps were included in the server installer in order to determine which updater to download, but since the server and client installers were separated the Client should no longer differentiated these cases.

  7. Password hint function does not work on web

    The status line reports "Invalid Password" but does not show the user's password hint.
