Reprints Desk addon issue with Missing Year value not being reported clearly.
If a year is not on the request when the "Retrieve Order Estimate" is clicked, an error appears in the log:
ERROR AtlasSystems.Addons.ReprintsDesk - System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
