    If you delete the user, you have no reference between the username and the user's actual name. Keeping the staff user entry is helpful, but it needs to hide all the inactive staff to keep that list from growing out of control.

    There are several things to sort out about this.
    When would the email be sent? On a delay? At the end of the day? Manually?
    What would the template look like for an email pertaining to 2 or more items? Is it always an itemized list? Does it just say you have 10 things on hold?
