    I don't fully understand what is being asked for here. Can't any new services be added using the Configuration Manager? Is it really an interim step that's being requested, rather than additional services? Like an "approve" step? If so, I'm not sure I understand why that is necessary.

    This is similar to the idea of letting patrons generate and print invoices on their own, and I like the other better.

    In May alone I have personally sent out 17 invoices in PDF format. That's one per day. And I'm not the only one creating and sending invoices. Giving patrons the ability to get these on their own, on demand, would be huge.

    This would have to be tied in with a more elaborate permissions system, but I agree that it would be useful.

  7. Have a prompt to save payment information if the user has not already done so and they try to close the transaction record.
