Support for addons within the Ares item forms
This came up because sites want certain fields like ItemInfo2 to be a dropdown. If they make a whole new addon form/tab it's not easy to see, but we think they could have a section of the request form.

Addons that would not have an entire tab on the form but exist in a portion of the existing item/user/course/main form.
