It would be nice to measure how long items stay in the “Awaiting Copyright Processing” queue. Currently, when staff open an item in this queue and check for copyright compliance, if everything is ok, they simply remove the checkmark in the “Copyright required” box and the item is removed from the queue. However, removing the checkmark is not recorded in the “History” tab of the item. Therefore, I cannot see a way to measure (retrospectively) the time it takes between an item arriving in that queue (currently I look at the CurrentStatusDate to see when an item has arrived in that queue) and the item leaving that queue.
