Allow requests to be sent back and forth between Ares and ILLiad
If a professor wants an item in Ares, but they have to get it through ILL, allow the requests to be sent to ILLiad and then back to Ares once the item has been received by the ILL department. Ideally, this process would work similar to the Aeon and ILLiad integration through the Web Platform.

A couple things would be especially useful in an Ares-ILLiad interaction: 1) Be able to add an Ares Item ID (or several, for cross-listed courses) to the ILLiad transaction, and then when the PDF arrives have it automatically post the PDF to the Ares item(s). Allow staff to decide the destination queue for these items -- Item Available on Electronic Reserves/Awaiting Review by Staff/etc. 2) Be able to forward ILLiad requests for course readings from faculty or students into the appropriate course in Ares (Awaiting Reserves Processing queue) so that the reserves staff can handle the transaction. (Our instructors are inclined to post things directly to the LMS if they get the file themselves. This process would ensure the PDF got posted directly to Ares.)
