Allow automatic deletion of course and user records
It would be great if Ares could be configured to automatically delete the records for old empty courses as well as the user records for students who are no longer taking classes.

Even if it's not an automated process, something like ILLiad's data cleanup server tool would be nice.
My institution has been live with Ares for going on 12 years, and we would really like to remove the old user and course data that is no longer pertinent to us.
Having a way to delete expired/out of date course and user data would also help us comply with retention policies and minimizing the amount of student data stored on our systems. The ILLiad cleanup tool works wonderfully for us.

Campus IT generally wants to delete as much student-related information as possible, so this should be an automatic option.
