Ares Link Checker fails to create secure SSL/TLS channel if link web server is using secure crypto
.NET 4.5 does not support secure TLS 1.1 & 1.2 by default. If the link points to a server that has disabled TLS 1.0 the link will have the secure channel error. .NET 4.6 supports TLS 1.1 & 1.2 by default.

voting has closed for this issue, but just wanted to note that I support finding a fix for this. We are running into lots of links that we have to add to the "Ignore Domains" list because of this. Thanks.
