Appointment display options for patrons
Right now it looks as if a user logged in through the web will see their own appointments displayed in order from earliest (including past appointments) to latest. I imagine that as our frequent users return, this might get annoying for them - since they'd have to scroll and scroll to reach more recent/upcoming appointments.
Is there a way to let patrons change the order in which they display, or to toggle on/off "active" (current and upcoming?) appointments the way you can for "active" requests?

Allow staff to request items without appointments
Once you require appointments, it is applicable to everyone including staff. This is okay for Public Services staff who can navigate the client but not for everyone else who submits through the web interface. We have a workaround but it would be nice to allow staff to submit without an appointment.

Appointments - in the web interface, relocate the Appointment Name field to below start/stop boxes
This request is from Boston Public Library. When the patron schedules an appointment, after selecting the box of time, the appointment window appears where the patron can enter an appointment name and start and stop times. They would like for the Appointment Name field to be listed after the start and stop time boxes because the time boxes are required fields, so they would like the patron's attention on those fields. The Appointment Name is not required, and it is a little confusing to the patron as to what the patron should name the appointment.

Appointment Display
It would be great if calendar could show both morning and afternoon appointments. It is very confusing for researchers who are scheduling multiple appointments.

ArchivesSpace - Aeon Fulfillment Plugin - restrictions checkbox
The University of Baltimore would like for ASpace to indicate when the Restrictions Apply? checkbox is checked in the collection record in ArchivesSpace, as opposed to importing the Access Restrictions note, as the plugin currently does. This is because restrictions note isn't always used because it doesn't always apply; a clearer indication for them is if the checkbox is checked.

Allow photoduplication requesting via External Request Endpoint (ERE)
Requests placed via external requesting (especially from ArchivesSpace) are unable to be turned into photoduplication orders. Patrons or staff must clone the request to a copy order, which creates confusion with duplicate requests.
11 votesreleased · AdminKatie Gillespie (Special Collections & Archives Program Manager, Atlas Systems, Inc.) respondedThe option to toggle between scheduling a request and requesting photoduplication is supported on the ArchivalRequest.html released with Aeon 5.2 as part of the updated ArchivesSpace Aeon Request Plugin.

Create functionality to allow patrons to schedule appointments.
Create functionality to allow patrons to schedule appointments. This would also involve a tracking table where if a patron needs to reschedule the scheduled date, the change would be tracked (for reporting purposes). This might also involved the option to cancel an appointment (without necessarily cancelling requests) or to record when a patron is a walk-in.

Accessibility for Aeon?
Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but is there any information about Aeon accessibility for people with disabilities? We have to do an accessibility audit, and the person I'm working with did a quick look and said he already saw problems.

Do not allow patrons to reuse the same password on reset
There are currently no restrictions for patrons on reusing passwords. If a patron forgets their password, they can reset their password to use the previous password. For security purposes, they should not be allowed to reuse the most recent password(s)
