Allow staff to request items without appointments
Once you require appointments, it is applicable to everyone including staff. This is okay for Public Services staff who can navigate the client but not for everyone else who submits through the web interface. We have a workaround but it would be nice to allow staff to submit without an appointment.
Status-specific policies are now available for each reading room.
This would be helpful. We currently tell staff they should place a request in Aeon and save it "for later" and email us to let us know they have done that, but this is a much more elegant solution.
