  1. Docline Lending Request Import excludes certain formatted data

'Pages' and 'Issue' values are not properly imported from the 'Citation' section of incoming Docline lending requests if these values are not formatted in a specific way. The page range for the 'Pages' value must be formatted with a hyphen (e.g., 123-126) and the 'Issue' value must be formatted as a single numeric value to properly import.

  3. Address matching for some Docline requests may fail

For some Docline requests, only part of the shipping address is matched and saved from the request text on the Lender Selection form, which then causes address matching to fail when that request is imported from Docline into ILLiad.

  4. Volume information will not import if the DOCLINE citation doesn't contain an issue number

After the DOCLINE 6.2.41 update, volume information will not import into the ILLiad request if the DOCLINE citation does not contain an issue number. This affects both ILLiad 9.1 and 9.2.

  5. DOCLINE scripts may incorrectly import library name into the lender string

If a library's name contains an all-caps string inside parentheses such as "(ABCD)," this text will be incorrectly imported into the lender string for the ILLiad request from DOCLINE.

This bug affects DOCLINE scripts for both ILLiad 9.1 and 9.2.

  6. DOCLINE Manual Request information does not import to ILLiad

After the DOCLINE 6.2.40 update, Manual Requests do not switch back to the Details tab in the ILLiad 9.2 Client when placed and do not auto-populate fields with request information.

Note that this issue only affects the DOCLINE scripts for ILLiad v9.2.

  9. Docline Login with Google authentication is not working

Google Authentication for Docline is not working properly in ILLiad 9.1. This is causing users to receive script errors or a message indicating the browser is not secure when logging in. The issue is a result of a conflict with Google's authentication. If you're experiencing issues with using a Google account, there are several other supported login methods.

See this article for information about the different login methods supported: https://support.atlas-sys.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002760821
