    Please add a name field for preferred name. The five other user fields are already occupied with other user data for analytics. Thanks.

    Us too! Us too! - We here at Millersville have the same issue .... people not checking the Aeon client throughout the day .... but the general e-mail account is open and in front of various people throughout the day so a "you have a request, go login to Aeon" and process it would be great. Thank you for considering.
