    I like this idea because it would allow me to restrict users who habitually abuse due dates to be limited to non-returnables. I could suspend their access to books for a while, and then restore it when they've learned their lesson.

    I hate the gibberish this generates on the author line. It's a pain to manually remove from each request, and I don't always have time if I'm in a hurry. I would very much appreciate cleaner requests when pull slips/book bands print.

    My scanner can't do OCR scans, so this would a big improvement in articles I can deliver to my patrons (via DocDel) and other libraries. It would affirm our commitment to serving all of our patrons, not just the ones with good vision.

    I have to keep squinting to read the TN number and other fields without alphabetic characters. An increased font size would be a big help!
