Summary Notification
Provide weekly summaries to patrons for all items checked out to that patron, separating and highlighting items that are overdue

I agree this could be very useful, but do like having the option to set the frequency. Weekly would be too often for us, but monthly or nearing the end of semester would be great!

This sounds really useful, especially if the timing could be adjusted -- I'd love to send something like this towards the end of each semester.

Our team is reviewing ways to proactively support our patrons with checked out and overdue ILLs. Often, we hear that people don't read the content of emails because they receive so many. A summary email may stand out to patrons as valuable to read and provide them with information that they would otherwise have to log into My ILLiad to get.
