An error occurred while saving the comment Theresa Spangler commentedWe are also running into this issue. My left eye starts to twitch a bit when I see the email greet our user with Dear Last Name, First Name. I don't know if our users will even notice it, but it's not my preference. We send the majority of our emails from the item record. Not being able to pull data from the users table is an unhelpful byproduct of the multiple instructors feature, which I (so far) have not seen as a true benefit for us. I do like being able to see instructor's last name first when doing a custom course or item search so am not sure what the answer might be, other than allowing us to somehow pull data from the user table again.

An error occurred while saving the comment Theresa Spangler commentedOur link checker is consistently showing URLs in the Invalid queue that a) do work, b) appear again after the Retry process, c) are all from the same domain, and d) said domain is already in our IgnoreDomains list in the Customization Manager. Our ezproxy language may be impacting that last factor. It's more annoying for our staff than an urgent matter of user access, but still one I'd like tweaked/fixed. I will add that Atlas staff have been great in their previous and current investigations of our particular issue!

An error occurred while saving the comment Theresa Spangler commentedJennifer--no idea. I was merely asking about the availability of both options simultaneously since the original poll asked for which was preferable.
Theresa Spangler supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Theresa Spangler commentedThis would be helpful for instructors who are taking over a course previously taught by someone else. In that sense the course option is best. But if our instructors KNOW they can copy items from someone else, they'd probably prefer to cherry-pick by item. Is there a way to provide both options?

The ability for instructors to delete existing tags after importing items from a previous course would be great. And then allow editing in the form of new tags.
