instructorDisplayName should be in CourseValidation Loader
Every value available in the courses table should be available (except the courseID key) to load. We are trying to load InstructorDisplayName, but this field is not in the courseValidation table. ;-(

Separate "Item to be supplied by instructor" from failed PDF uploads
Currently, when an instructor tries and fails to upload a PDF, the item record appears in the queue "Item to be supplied by instructor." It can occasionally be impossible to determine which requests are failed PDF uploads and which the instructor genuinely intends to supply. If failed PDF uploads got their own queue, things would be much easier.

Items with Copyright Required or Obtained should not automatically clone by staff
Presently, when staff clone an online item within the client, the item is routed to Activation Pending/Available on Electronic Reserve, regardless of whether the Copyright Obtained and/or Copyright Required boxes are checked. This can result in staff batch-cloning items and overlooking copyright status and neglecting required follow-up clearance for usage of items for additional courses.
Ideally, items cloned by staff with Copyright Required and/or Copyright Obtained should be routed to Awaiting Review, or a popup notification should direct attention to these item records.

Option for multiple email templates to request copyright permissions
Some publishers have a particular format they want requests to be in, I would send a different email to a publisher than when I was requesting permission from the author directly, and my request to a publisher would be different if the instructor also happened to be the original author.

Remove the option to choose "Current Semester" when creating a course via LTI
Remove the option to choose "Current Semester". Instructors like to leave it at that default, but it's usually wrong.
