Enhance course cross-listing to include more course info and ExternalCourseIDs
Currently, course cross listing only shows a name and is accessible by students searching for that cross listed course number/name and finding it under the other name. It's not clear to the student that both courses are the same.

It took me a minute to understand this request, I had to look up an instance of a cross-listed course. It is not explicit that course A and Course B are cross-listed with Course AB. I agree that including/changing wording would be helpful. This might be accomplished with a "Not Found line" but wait your search was found in these cross-listed courses...
Tacked onto this is the request for ExternalCourseIDs in the cross-listing. If ExternalCourseIDs were included in the cross-listing tab, could/would the LTI find that cross-listed ExternalCourseID? If it could, would this solve the problem of multiple external course sections pointing to the same Ares course?
