Allow instructors to submit multiple requests at once
How would sites like this to work? Would the instructor need to create an Excel file? Or would they paste a series of citations and staff would have to interpret them?

We were just discussing this issue in a meeting yesterday. It was explained to me by our library's web guy that there is no easy solution to this question. I think the best solution would be this post about uploading citations from citation managing software.
