Email templates in multiple languages
U Ottawa needs to support French and English communication for its patrons. Currently, there is no way to send more than one version of the automatic email templates, like ItemSubcription. To get around this, a single template must include both English and French. It would be preferable to send French emails to French-speaking customers and English emails to English-speaking customers.

In addition, for the <#ItemDirectLink> tag - it would be helpful if we could indicate which directory should open, so the direct link for English-speaking users would go to our /en directory and our French-speaking users would go to our /fr directory.
