Ares Controlled Digital Lending function is needed
Can Ares allow one person view the file at a certain time, put other users to a waitlist queue? similar concept like an ebook platform.

Integration with the ILS to embargo the print copy while the CDL copy was on reserve would also be awesome.

View only access could facilitate a number of situations in Reserves:
• Licensing or the ability to reduce the cost of something if it cannot be downloaded
• Controlled digital lending
• Perhaps being able to expand our definition of Fair Use (the percentage of a work we are willing to place on reserve), without the ability to download, the affect on the market (one of the four factors) may be lessened. -

Provide a "view only" option for PDFs so students cannot (so easily) download and save materials.
