Additional ItemInfo fields
We would like to have 5 additional ItemInfo fields added to the items table, 2 of which would be date formats for license data of streamed content. So we would have license StartDate and license EndDate for these items

Currently, we've used all the item info (1-5) fields.
Most of them are used for the additional Web form when users submit their requests. for example,
ItemInfo1: Print Preferred?
ItemInfo2: Required Textbook?
ItemInfo3: Alternate edition acceptable?
ItemInfo4: Specify Alternate Edition Licensing
ItemInfo5: API load notesWe'd like to request a few more ItemInfo fields. For example, we want to be able to see the free text in the field in a queue without having to open the items. The notes field would not work for that purpose as we have to open the item.
