Resizing prevents access to Notes in Ares Item record
When scaling an item record's window down, the notes field becomes inaccessible, even when a note is present.

We've recently upgraded and this is a huge issue for us. Operators using laptops can see notes by clicking on the pin-type icon but can't add notes. We rely heavily on notes to each other in our workflow and have many offsite users on laptops.
We've recently switched to laptops and discovered this issue. We're trying a few solutions suggested by support, but getting this fixed is definitely important.

Working from home is significantly more challenging without being able to add notes to a record.

This one is causing substantial issues for us. Especially since at various times we have people working in person (using larger computer screens and able to see the notes) and working remotely (using smaller computer screens and unable to see the notes field).
