Ability to make OCLC borrowing requests from a custom queue
The functions to create an OCLC borrowing request are not available until the request is opened from the Awaiting Request Processing queue. It would be helpful to be able to create OCLC requests from a custom queue eliminating extra steps for processing items that might routed to a custom queue for review.

I want to be able to search for a transaction number and from that screen process it as an OCLC request.

This is on my wishlist, too - we have a couple server addons that check consortial availability, and requests with errors/requiring human intervention are output to several different statuses. About half of these allow creation of an OCLC work form, and half do not.

This functionality should already be present in the current iteration (our regular workflow is to route requests in need of further review to specific customs queues and then place OCLC borrowing requests directly from those custom queues). The ability to create OCLC requests is present whether the request was routed manually to a custom queue or via a routing rule (e.g., a Duplicate Review queue).
