Improvement to Borrowing Turnaround Times Report
Currently, the report is generated with Articles, Loans, Overall, and Overall w/ Manually Processed tabs. The Articles, Loans, and Overall tabs are generated with the data of transactions that are automatically processed. What we need is a way to generate this same report with all of the articles regardless of automatic or manual processing (same with loans). With this data being lumped into the Overall w/ Manually Processed tab it is unhelpful when trying to discover total articles or loan turnaround times (not both together).
What is most desired is a way to decide if the report is generated with automatic processing, manual processing or both together.

In additional this improvement, Turnaround times reports need to be updated to include items submitted via the API. Currently, requests submitted via API are not counted in either Borrowing or Doc Del turnaround reports. Since the majority of our requests come in via that method, these reports are currently not to us useful at all.

I am unable to provide my department head and other library managers with an accurate picture of our Borrowing Article Turnaround Time and Electronic Delivery Turnaround time which can impacts our decisions on what relevant new processes or services we may wish to implement to improve Article Turnaround Time.
