We are trying to improve communication with patrons regarding electronic delivery of articles, especially when they have many items displayed in the Electronically Received Articles section of the web interface. We want users to know at a glance - which articles are available AND whether they have already been viewed. Including the date to be deleted (e.g. via the 'Expires' tag) would also be helpful, but my immediate request is to make information from the History table ('PDF Viewed') available for display. An example of what I am requesting can be seen in the Checked Out Items section. The display combines the status of 'Checked out to patron' with the 'Due Date.' Similarly, the status 'Delivered to Web' would be combined with 'PDF Viewed' - again, bringing back the 'Expires' date would add value but not necessary to move forward.
